Chile Beach is part of the remote Iron Range National Park, 750km north of Cairns. Famous for its long palm fringed beaches, rocky outcrops and part of the largest area of lowland tropical rainforest in Australia. Home to many endangered bird Species and was also base for Australian Army during World War II.
